Repair Parts Warranty & Returns Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or installing any replacement parts.


1. Warranty Coverage

All replacement parts supplied by us are covered by a warranty from the date of purchase as outlined below:

  • Batteries: Covered by a three (3) month replacement warranty.

  • All other replacement parts: Covered by a six (6) month replacement warranty.

The warranty applies only to parts that are found to be faulty or non-functioning prior to installation and supported by clear photo or video evidence and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

What Is Covered

  • Parts that are faulty or non-functioning prior to installation with valid supporting evidence.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physically damaged or broken parts

  • Torn or damaged flex cables

  • Damage caused by accidental impact, mishandling, or improper installation

  • Parts showing signs of tampering, misuse, or modification

  • Parts with factory stickers, seals, or identification labels removed or altered

  • Any part that has been installed


2. Important Installation Guidelines

To protect your warranty rights, please follow these requirements:

  • Thoroughly test all parts before installation.

  • Do not install any part that appears damaged or faulty, notify us immediately upon receipt.

  • Only proceed with installation once you are fully satisfied with the part’s condition and functionality.

  • Do not remove factory stickers, seals, or labels if you may need to return the item.

  • Retain original packaging until testing is complete and you are satisfied with the product.

Failure to follow these guidelines may void the warranty.


3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is received damaged or proven faulty prior to installation.

  • Approved claims will be processed as an exchange for the same item only — refunds are not provided unless required by applicable consumer law.

  • Warranty claims must include clear visual evidence and the product returned in acceptable condition.


4. Refund Conditions

  • If a refund is approved for reasons such as incorrect supply or change of mind (at our discretion), a 10% restocking fee may apply.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.


5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible if a customer or technician is unable to complete a repair using the supplied part.

  • Our liability for any defective product or service is limited to the original invoice value of the goods or services provided.
